The space

This is a villa where you can breathe the Mediterranean Sea from every point. It has three terraces and a garden with chill out area. The pool is 4m x 3.5m and 1.5m deep, with salt water (without chlorine) ideal for children, families or friends. The sunrise is spectacular. The decoration and its small details will make you spend an unforgettable and very comfortable holiday. Although thanks to the sea breeze and the proximity of the botanical gardens make the temperature of the house pleasant, in summer, the villa also has air conditioning. And heating for winter. You enter the villa and you will find the dining room with direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped. On the same floor there is a double bedroom (with two single beds) and a full bathroom. On the lower floor you will find three double bedrooms (two of which with double beds and one with bunk beds). Another full bathroom. Going down some stairs we find the garden with a chill out area and awning to cool off from the sun. The 3.5m by 4m swimming pool (salt water, chlorine-free) and a table with 8 chairs and BBQ with spectacular sea views will make you spend an unforgettable holiday.
