This great apartment has been completely reformed and everything is brand new. A great place to stay in front of the beach. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets close same building. The apartment includes two balconies, a nice garden and swimming pool. If you come by car, you will have a garage in the building.

House with 2 independent levels. On the lower part there is a suite room with a full bathroom as well as a private terrace. It consists of a 150cm wide bed and a single bed.

On the upper part we find 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom with a shower and a toilet. In addition, in this area there is the kitchen, the living room and the TV area. Villa completely renovated recently.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house, the cost of disinfection due to smoking is €500.

Upon arrival, the tourist tax (€1.20 per person/day) and the €600 deposit must be paid.

Sa Caseta is a farmhouse from 1900, located in the emblematic and quiet neighborhood of Sa Carbonera. Completely renovated in 2022, it has all the necessary amenities to enjoy a pleasant stay in the center of the town. In the old town, a few meters from the main beach of Blanes and very close to shops and services. The farmhouse is an old fisherman’s house that we have renovated and equipped trying to respect all its charm without giving up all the comforts.
