House with 2 independent levels. On the lower part there is a suite room with a full bathroom as well as a private terrace. It consists of a 150cm wide bed and a single bed.
On the upper part we find 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom with a shower and a toilet. In addition, in this area there is the kitchen, the living room and the TV area. Villa completely renovated recently.

Parties or any celebration that may disturb the neighbors are not allowed. After 10 pm, the neighbors’ rest time must be respected.
A deposit of €600 in cash is required.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house, the cost of disinfection due to smoking is €500.
Upon arrival, the tourist tax (€1.20 per person/day) and the €600 deposit must be paid.
